The National Highway Authority (NHA) of Pakistan has chosen M/s Associated Consulting Engineers Limited in JV with M/s PAVRON as technical and commercial advisors for the Karachi Northern Bypass project. The project involves the upgrading of the Karachi Northern Bypass, also known as M-10, to a controlled-access multi-lane dual carriageway. The road serves freight traffic originating from or bound towards Karachi Port, as well as industrial and local traffic, with the number of lanes varying along the length. The major objective of the project is to efficiently evacuate port/freight traffic in the shortest possible time by ensuring free flow with the least impact to non-freight/local traffic. All junctions will be grade separated.
