The Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC) has issued a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a consultant to advise on the restructuring and private sector participation of the Plant and Vehicle Hire and Engineering Services (PVHES) in Malawi. 

The advisor will assist the PVHES and the Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC) in:

• Determining the technical, legal, institutional, financial and environmental feasibility of developing and implementing the restructuring of PVHES under a PPP framework;
• Supporting PVHES in identifying the private strategic partner to restructured PVHES.
