Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen in Germany has awarded the contract to deliver technical studies for the Rauischholzhausen castle renovation concession to Staubach + Partner.
Rauischholzhausen castle is located in the 30-hectare park in the municipality of Ebsdorfergrund. The castle was built between 1871 and 1876 and is now being used for offices and lodging purposes. The concession involves the renovation and modernization of four individual buildings houses 3, 4, 8 and an old mill located within the premises.
The selected consultant will provide architectural, engineering, and specialist planning services related to the project which will be delivered in phases. The consultant will be responsible for the following services:
