The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) has appointed Egis to provide Program Management Consultancy for the Al Mutlaa City Development (MCD) project in Kuwait.
Egis will provide program-level service management, construction logistics & interface management, cost management, and digital program management system & project management information system (PMIS) for the MCD project. It occupies an area of approximately 104 km² and is expected to house up to 400,000 people.
Egis has worked on multiple projects across the country including Kuwait University, Kuwait Scientific Center, Al Ghouse Highway, National Bank of Kuwait, etc.
