The West Yorkshire Combined Authority has launched a tender notice seeking business case partner/s for its mass transit system. The consultant will develop all future business casework associated with Mass Transit and establish a Framework. The GBP25 million (US$33.70 million) Framework will be for an initial two-year term with three 12-month optional extensions to be applied annually up to a maximum of three years.
The contract is divided into three following lots:
