The Ministry of Transportation and Public Works in Ecuador has announced that Santo Domingo Soncessionaire (COSAD25) has started construction works for the Santo Domingo to Buena Fe highway concession.

The 113 km long highway project involves an expansion to 4 lanes in the Fumisa sector as well as improvement works on the highway. The concessionaire has fulfilled the conditions to start working on the construction works for the project such as patching, signaling, clearing of vegetation, cleaning the road and drainage. In addition, the concessionaire will also guarantee and provide user road service and road safety as well as complimentary services.
