The Philippines Public Private Partnership Center Agency has announced the Construction work Progresses for NLEX-SLEX connector road PPP project in Philippines.
The project includes building and maintaining an 8 km long, four-lane elevated expressway that crosses the Philippine National Railway (PNR) right of way. Starting in Caloocan, it travels through Manila, across Espana, and then continues on to PUP and Sta. Mesa, linking the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS3).
The project is being implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) partnered with Manila North Tollways Corporation. The cooperation period is of 37 years (2020 - 2057). Construction works update:
