The Cornerstone Group has started the construction works for the project Platform 3750 in Coconut Grove, Miami. The project includes a multi-purpose complex, consisting of 191 housing units, from which 78 are affordable ones, car parking with 400 spots, 21,000 sq ft retail space and 29,500 sq feet of office space. The complex will be located next to the Douglas Road Metrorail Station.
The project is implemented in a public-private partnership between the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in Miami-Dade County and the developer Cornerstone Group. Platform 3750 was designed by architect, Kobi Karp.
