Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and WAHA have announced the signed Development Phase Agreement with Pomerleau Inc. after the request for proposals process that began in January 2022.
The Pomerleau team includes such companies as:
- Applicant leads: Pomerleau Inc.
- Design team: Kasian Architects Ontario Inc. and Bertrand Wheeler Architecture Inc.
- Construction team: Pomerleau Inc.
- Financial advisor: PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Pomerleau Inc., IO, WAHA and the Ministry of Health and Indigenous Services Canada are collaborating on the development phase. Upon completion of the development phase, the parties will sign the P3 Project Agreement and move on to the construction phase, which is scheduled to begin in 2024.
