Construction progress for LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension in Philippines

The Public-Private Partnership Centre in the Philippines has reported construction progress on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line 1 Cavite Extension and O&M public-private partnership (PPP) project. 

The EPCC Combined Works are at 79% completion as of July 31, 2022, while the Existing System Works are 99.8% complete, and Cavite Extension Works are 72.1% complete. 

The LRT project includes the operation and maintenance of the entire line for a 32-year concession period, and the construction of an 11.7km southward extension from the Baclaran station to Bacoor, linking Metro Manila to the Cavite region.
