Lakeridge Health, PCL Construction and Infrastructure Ontario have announced the completion of all major construction works for the Lakeridge Gardens care homes PPP project in Ajax, Canada. The center's keys have been handed over to Lakeridge Health for operation.

The project is built at Lakeridge Health’s Ajax Pickering Hospital, covering 273,000 square feet. The care homes center includes 320 beds and includes evidence-informed infection prevention and control measures. 

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. was responsible for the design and construction of the project.
