Consortium shortlisted for Irish Social Housing PPP Bundle 3

Dublin City Council has shortlisted Consortium for Social Housing PPP Bundle 3 in Ireland.

The Social Housing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Develop approximately 1,500 housing units through three project 'bundles' of sites;
  • Provide services to the developments for 25 years post-construction, encompassing housing maintenance, upkeep, and tenancy management services; and
  • Return the developments to the respective local authorities in prime condition after 25 years.

Currently, Bundle 3 is in the procurement phase, involving 486 homes spread across six sites. The Department of Housing, Local Government, and Heritage serves as the approving authority for the program, with the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) acting as the financial advisor, procuring authority, and project manager.

  • Construction Contractor: Cunningham Contracts (Building & Civil Engineering) IRE Ltd.
  • Facilities Management: Oaklee Housing Ltd. and Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Ltd. (UK Branch).
  • Tenancy Management: Oaklee Housing Ltd.
