Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association (MTVH) has signed a concession for the Manor Road Quarter regeneration project with English Cities Fund (ECF) in the UK.
Located in Newham Neighborhood, East London, the Manor Road Quarter project will deliver 804 residential units as well as flexible commercial space, a two-acre park, new walking and cycling routes. The project will be implemented in phases, with a 32-story residential tower will be constructed with 355 housing units during the 1st phase.
ECF is a joint venture formed by Homes England, Legal & General, and Muse Developments. Morgan Sindall will provide construction contractor services for the concession, which will add 402 affordable houses in the neighborhood, owned, managed and administered by MTVH.
