The Court of Auditors of the State of São Paulo (TCE-SP) has released the bidding for the concession of metro lines 8-Diamante and 9-Esmeralda in São Paulo to private initiative. The concession was suspended in late February.

Bidding for the proposal will be resumed and include new disclosure and updated deadlines for interested parties.

The state government expects to raise BRL3.3 billion (US$592.48 million) from the concession of the two lines.
