The administrative court in France has ruled to cancel the concession for Greater Nancy thermal center PPP. The project is currently in construction and works undertaken by ValVital group and Bouygues will be completed before shutting down the implementation. Metropolis of Greater Nancy had appointed Egis to provide project management services.
The thermal spa center was designed to provide sport-leisure, well-being, fitness, relaxation and health-related services on a 3.7-hectare site located in the city. The scope of works involved the development of a spa center, well-being center, sports and leisure center, parking facility with 450 spaces, hotel residence with seminar area, restaurant, shop, and child care along with 12,000 m² of green space.
