Concession and Financing contract signed for A69 motorway PPP

ATOSCA, the consortium responsible for the A69 motorway concession, has signed the concession contract with the French government for the A69 motorway in France.

ATOSCA, which comprises of NGE, ASCENDI, Quaero Capital and TIIC, will be responsible for the design, construction, financing, maintenance, and operation of the 53 KM of motorway which will link Castres (Tarn) to Verfeil (Haute-Garonne). The concession contract was signed on April 20, 2022, along with the financing, and the construction is scheduled to start in 2023.
