The City Government of Palayan has invited interested parties to submit comparative proposals for the Operation and Maintenance of the Palayan City Hospital Project following the approval of the unsolicited proposal from the Consortium of United Healthcare Management and Services, Inc. and IP Biotech, Inc.
The Project involves operating and maintaining the Palayan City Hospital as a Level 1 General Hospital. Through a PPP Operation and Maintenance arrangement for 25 years, the Project will create a sustainable partnership that will promote the general welfare and serve the public good by addressing challenges of health care due to local government budget limitations and other restrictions, thereby increasing the economic and social value for the City. The minimum investment commitment for the Project is PHP 161 million (US$ 2.8 million). Comparative Challenge Documents will be available until 4:00 PM on APRIL 3, 2025.
