Muse, a home developer, has launched a 'community conversation' as part of regeneration plans for the North West Quadrant in Slough, UK.
Slough Borough Council designated the former Thames Valley University site for redevelopment into a mixed-use neighborhood. Homes England acquired the site in 2023 to support the area's regeneration and has partnered with Muse to create a comprehensive development plan. The North West Quadrant project may include new housing, workspaces, retail spaces, and public areas.
Objectives for the North West Quadrant development include creating a landmark project just 10 minutes from London, providing new opportunities for residents, and delivering much-needed housing. The plan also aims to unlock further development potential, enhance the built environment, and revitalize local communities.
