Commune de Oissel launched tender for district heating project PPP

The Commune de Oissel the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France has launched a tender for the development of district heating project. 

The project involves the exploitation of electrical, heating, hot water and VMC installations with major building maintenance and energy performance objectives. 

The deadline for the tender is on September 16, 2019.
