Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation Limited (FDC) of the Government of Maldives and JMC Projects (India) concluded an agreement on 08 March 2021 for the design, finance and construction of 2000 social housing units in Hulhumale Island.
The cost of the project is estimated to be around US$137 million and is planned to be financed via a loan from a multilateral funding agency.
