The Towns of Silver Cliff, Westcliffe and Custer County in Colorado, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking private partner to provide Fiber-Optic Broadband network.
The internet service provider will be responsible for last-mile service which will ensure high-speed broadband access to all internet-end users in both towns and the county. The private partner will assume operational control of the construction, ownership and management of the fiber broadband network.
