Colorado launched RFQ for housing development PPP in Denver

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) in association with the City and County of Denver in Colorado, USA has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) seeking private partners for a housing development project. 

The private partner will be responsible for construction of transit-oriented, mixed-income condominium at a site on 29th Avenue and Welton Street. The condominium will be mixed-income with at least 25% of the units affordable to households earning at or below 80% Area Median Income. The project is located at a site near RTD's light rail line in the Five Points neighborhood.
