The Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, has announced that it is seeking special transactional legal counsel for the procurement of a developer-operator to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the Jefferson Parkway.
The Jefferson Parkway is a planned 14.8km four-lane limited access tolled highway, extending from Colorado State Highway 128 on the north to Colorado State Highway 93 on the south, forming the final link in the Denver metropolitan area beltway.
