The members of Uptown Community Partners have announced their entrance into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with the City of Whittier for the development of a housing project in California, USA.
The project involves the development of three to five stories of multi-family communities, including 344 new market-rate and affordable homes built over an area of 5,000 square feet and 251 parking stalls. The agreement will cover 8 properties north of Philadelphia Street and west of Bright Avenue, including the former Alpha Beta grocery store property.
The Uptown Community Partners comprise City Ventures, Thomas Safran & Associates, Gentefy and SVA Architects. The ENA will be negotiated over the next six months.
