City of Pflugerville plans to develop mixed-use development PPP project

The Pflugerville City Council has voted to support the stakeholder committee's recommendation for the Downtown East mixed-use development public-private partnership (PPP) project in Pflugerville, Texas, USA.

This action finalizes Phase 2 of the Downtown East project, Phase 3 will proceed with soliciting a private partner for the development of the PPP project, preparing the required permits and determining costs and funding allocation. 

The project will include the development of a City Hall, recreation center and a mixed-use buildings covering an area of 29 acres of land located at the northwest corner of FM 685 and E. Pecan Street in Pflugerville.
