The City of Lake Oswego is to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Replacement Plant in September to the interested teams EPCOR, Foothills Water, LLC and NW Natural.
The project involves the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the new wastewater treatment facility in the Foothills area of the City of Lake Oswego in Clackamas County, Oregon. The facility would replace the existing Tryon Creek wastewater treatment plant, constructed in 1964.
The City Council has approved the implementation of the project via PPP in the beginning of the year. The project will be delivered on a Design Build Finance Operate Maintain (DBFOM) basis.
