The City of Fort Wayne has acquired a 6.4 acre of Riverfront property with the aim to redevelop the area through a public-private partnership (PPP) in Indiana, USA.
The value of the acquisition, which also includes a former Pepsico distribution facility, is US$4.5 million. The project intends to use the property to attract new private investments with the objective to bring additional revenue to the city by providing a more compatible use to the adjacent neighborhoods and public investment in the Riverfront public space areas.
