The City Council of the city of North Miami, Florida is preparing to negotiate and execute an agreement with DLFC Architects to assist with the Downtown Civic Centre PPP project. The company is expected to provide architectural and professional consulting services for the project.
The private firm will be responsible for providing program narratives and preparing the necessary design criteria for the civic components of the project. The services to be provided shall include the development of design criteria for a new city hall, police station and expansion options for the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).
The value of the contract is US$236,178.
