Circle Health is in discussion to acquire BMI Healthcare, privately owned healthcare chain in UK. With 54 hospitals and healthcare facilities across the UK, BMI Healthcare is the biggest independent provider of private healthcare, offering treatment to private patients, medically insured patients, and NHS patients in the UK.
After the acquisition Circle Health will own 57 hospitals in the UK. The sale will also bring investment to BMI healthcare facilities.
