Cintra has completed the acquisition of a 24.86% stake in Indian company IRB Infrastructure Developers. The transaction is valued at EUR369 million (US$419.17 million).
IRB Infrastructure Developers is an infrastructure company operating 24 toll road concessions in India. The portfolio includes around 20% of the Golden Quadrilateral and Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
