Chelsea and Aboitiz submit a new unsolicited proposal for the development of Visayas and Mindanao airports

The Philippines' Department of Transportation has announced that Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. and the Aboitiz Group have submitted new unsolicited proposals to develop and maintain New Bohol (Panglao) and Davao airports.

The department has previously turned down a proposal by Aboitiz InfraCapital to operate, maintain and expand the Iloilo International Airport, Bacolod-Silay Airport, Laguindingan Airport and New Bohol International Airport (Panglao), as well as an offer made by Chelsea to operate, maintain and expand the Davao International Airport and New Bohol International Airport.
