Plenary Road Winnipeg, the developer of the largest infrastructure project in Winnipeg, has completed Phase II of the Capital Integration Project (Southwest Transitway).
The dedicated high-speed roadway for buses project is developed under the design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) of public-private partnership (P3) contract. It represents a total investment of CAD587.30 million (US$451.52 million).
The project is expected to be commissioned in 2020.
