The Province of Nova Scotia has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (TIR) to prospective proponents for the provision of professional legal advisory services for the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre Redevelopment Project.
The advisory services will be provided in respect of two healthcare Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) procurements. The successful proponent will lead the development and drafting of the DBFM RFPs, Project Agreements and other any other legal document as needed by the Province. They will also provide legal advice and manage all legal documentation to final award, commercial and financial close.
