The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a technical consultant for the broadband program in Los Angeles, USA.
The selected consultant will provide general strategic services with respect to broadband as well as evaluate “dig-smart/dig-once” policies. The consultant must have expertise with various public-private partnership models, broadband deployment and P3 models understanding of digital literacy and equity issues and should be familiar with demographic and other socioeconomic patterns within the SCAG region.
