The California High-Speed Rail Authority has requested expressions of interest (EOI) for the design and construction of the initial construction section in the Central Valley (or part thereof) and/or the participation in the future design, construction, funding, operations and maintenance services for delivery and service of the first phase (or part thereof) of the California high-speed train project.The purpose of this request for expressions of interest is to assist the Authority in shaping its approach to the formal procurement process for elements of the project.
