The Cagayan de Oro Septage Management Project implemented by the Cagayan de Oro Water District has been approved for tender under a private-public partnership scheme. The authority is now preparing the tender documents for the interested parties for the project.
The solicited project will be operated under a 25-year concession period. The project has an existing pre-feasibility study prepared by USAID under the Be Secure Project.
