Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), on behalf of the Government of Paraguay, has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for feasibility studies and detailed designs of the sewer systems, wastewater treatment plant and drinking water system improvements for five intermediate cities in the eastern region of Paraguay III. The cities benefited with this project are Tomas Romero Pereira, J. Eulogio Estigarribia, Villa Elisa, Ita and Paraguarí.
The selected partner will be responsible for carrying out designs of the sewerage systems, wastewater treatment plant and drinking water system improvements at a sufficient level of detail to tender the construction works. Moreover, the services will include technical, economic, financial, environmental and social feasibility project studies. The studies and the designs shall be delivered in Spanish language.
