CA Ventures (CA) and Harrison Street have launched a new Irish joint venture and closed a transaction for the development of the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project in Cork, Ireland.
Located on Carrigrohane Road in the city center, the student housing will be close to University College Cork, Cork Institute of Technology and University Hospital. 623- bed accommodation will include rooms fitted with appliances including ensuite toilets and showers, and kitchenettes. Each Novel Student community will offer a range of shared amenity spaces such as breakfast bars, study and meeting rooms and on-site wellness space. In addition, it will also include shared common areas, bike storage, an outdoor courtyard and rooftop amenities.
Once in operation, the student housing will be managed by Novel Student, CA’s in-house PBSA management company, which is expected for the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year.
