Bulk water supply PPP project in the Philippines starts operations

The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines has announced that Stage 1 of the Bulacan Bulk Water Supply Project has started commercial operations.

This water PPP project will provide treated bulk water to the various water districts of Bulacan, located in the Central Luzon region, to help meet the increasing water demand of its consumers, expand its current service area coverage, and increase the households served.

The project was awarded to San Miguel Corporation and Korean Water Resources Corporation in December 2015.
