Sacyr has been selected for the development of the new Buin-Paine Hospital DBFOM (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and maintain) located in the province of Maipo (Chile) for a term of 15 years. The estimated investment for the project is US$ 120 million.
The site is located in the county of Buin, will have a total area of 56,000 m2, and an allocation of 200 beds, to benefit an estimated population of 170,000 people. The scope of works involves the development of six wings, 34 consultation units, 17 procedure units, three integral delivery rooms, 16 Emergency Service units, 18 dialysis chairs, 7 dental care units, 12 critical patient beds, 117 medical/surgical beds, 36 gynecological/obstetric beds, 16 pediatric beds, four neonatology beds, and 15 adult psychiatry beds.
