The Municipality of Brega has opened a state hospital for services on the PPP model. Mithaq Insurance Company will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of hospital services and infrastructure. The hospital infrastructure includes clinics and the laboratory as well as all necessary equipment to perform sterilization, laundry, refrigerator of the dead, opening operations, and emergency duties.

The operator will be responsible for local treatment and bring in consultants and visiting doctors for major operations.
