Brazilian ministry to partner with BNDES for the Infra concessions projects

The Ministry of Infrastructure in Brazil has announced a partnership with Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES) for the highway projects and Port of Santos concession. Studies for the privatization of the port and the concession of 7,200 km of federal highways will be conducted by the bank.

The Bank also took part in the hearing, reviewing the schedules for the concessions. The ministry wishes to complete the delivery of the projects to the private sector in 2022.
