The Ministry of Infrastructure in Brazil has stated that the technical studies to define the privatization structure for Port of Santos are near to completion and are expected to be published soon.

Port of Santos is located at the coast of Sao Paulo. The authority also plans to launch public consultation for the concession in 2021.
