Brazil to launch auction three port concessions

The Federal Government of Brazil will launch the auction of the concessions of three port terminals.

Two of the terminals are in Santos port and are used for fuels, fertilizers, and salt. The third, a pulp terminal, is in Paranaguá, in Paraná state.

The tender is part of the government's Investment Partnerships Program (PPI) with a projected investment of about BRL433 million (US$111.437 million). The concessions are for 25 years with the auction to set on August 9, 2019.
