The state government of Sao Paulo in Brazil has launched a tender notice seeking bids from private partners for the development of a coastal crossing ferry system. The concession involves the provision of service along following waterways as well as 3 shipyards, 34 vessels and 14 floating platforms.
The concession period for the project is 30 years. The estimated investment amount is BRL272 million (US$48.22 million).
