The State Government of Rondonia has selected the Centro Norte consortium as concessionaire for the development of the State Attorney General´s headquarters in Rondonia, Brazil. 

The building will feature six floors with an area of 8,700 m², along with 875 m² of commercial space and 1300 m² of the outdoor square. The headquarter building will be equipped to accommodate 337 employees.

The concessionaire will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of the new headquarters. The concession period for the project is 20 years. The estimated investment value of the project is BRL82 million (US$16.43 million). Ezute Foundation acted as technical consultant for the project.
