Municipality of Franco da Rocha has launched a tender for a concession for the development of public lighting services in the municipality. The scope of works involves modernizing 10,000 public lighting points with the use of LED lamps and remote management. The initiative involves investments of BRL 58 million (US$ 10.92 million).
The project aims to promote the reduction of energy consumption, improve the quality of services, enhance the use of urban spaces by the population, and contribute to the reduction of crime. Among the 25 partnership projects supported by SPPI, this is the third to have a public bid notice published through FEP CAIXA.
The auction for this project will be held on August 14, 2020 on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3).
