Bradford Council has signed a development agreement to bring forward One City Park with a 56,403 sq ft office building in the heart of the city centre. The community consultation exercise for the project is due to begin imminently. The council has also successfully secured GBP 7.5 million (US$ 10.40 million) of funding from the government’s Getting Building Fund through West Yorkshire Combined Authority, to accelerate the delivery of One City Park, which is part of the council’s wider regeneration of the city.
Following the completion of the consultation exercise, Muse is looking to submit a planning application in the Summer.
