Board approves PPP procurement for development of Prince George county schools

The school board of Prince George’s County in Maryland, USA has approved the public-private partnership (PPP) procurement with a model of design, finance, build, and maintenance for five new middle schools and one K-8 school. The concession period for the project will be 30 years with an expected investment of US$ 1.2 billion.
