Bixby Land Company has closed its newly established Bixby Industrial Fund I.
A follow-on fund was initiated to offer existing investors liquidity while extending the holding period for a portfolio of five industrial properties situated in California, Arizona, and Georgia, collectively comprising over 836,000 square feet of leasable space, all of which are fully occupied. Vintage Strategies at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and an Ares Management Real Estate Secondaries fund are both equity investors in Fund I. Additionally, the transaction facilitates the provision of extra discretionary capital for new investments in Bixby's target markets across the Western U.S., Texas, and the Southeast. Accord Group Holdings LLC, a global real estate strategic investment and capital advisory firm, acted as the advisor to Bixby Land Company through its U.S. broker/dealer affiliate, Accord Capital Partners LLC.
